The two bedroom calendar indicates that at least one suite is available. Please check the four bedroom calendar if you are interested in renting the Entire Villa.

Notes and Policies:
Although tropical breezes keep the villa pleasant,
air conditioning is available at extra charge for those who must
have it! Charges are based on metered usage.
A 11% villa accommodation tax is added to the bill for the government.
Rates are based on an occupancy of 4 people per suite. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 per suite. For extra people, there is a $125/person/wk surcharge which is added to account for additional utility costs.
USA Check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
3:00 pm check-in; 11:00 am check-out. We do try to accommodate early check-ins. Please ask the Owners.
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and completed reservation form.
